We recognise there is a lot of anxiety and uncertainty, and like all Australians, we’re closely monitoring the latest developments. I wanted to reach out personally to let you know that we’re here to support our customers at this time.

Let me assure you that we expect no major interruptions to the flow of zazen Water products and parts to you and ready access via phone or email to our team of hydration and wellness specialists in our Customer Service Team.

Our Cloud Systems mean you can always contact us if you need us

We have invested heavily in the latest technology over the past few years which means we can keep assisting you no matter what may happen. 

All members of our specialist customer service and sales team are able to work remotely and have access to all the technology systems and tools they use daily to assist you.

Plenty of Stock and Continuity of Delivery

We understand having access to your zazen Water system is critical as staying hydrated is a foundational strategy for boosting your immune system, especially at this time. So keep drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of zazen Alkaline Water per day for adults and 700mls plus for children depending on their age and weight (Hydration Guide: For every 25kg of body weight drink a litre of zazen Water daily).

We also understand how important it is that you can access zazen Water replacement filters and parts.

We have a warehouse full of stock so we are here as you need us and will continue to send our Customer Reminder Service campaigns so you know when you are due to replace your filters and stones.

Make sure that your parts are replaced on time to ensure that you are drinking the highest quality alkaline water at all times.

Our operations and dispatch processes are streamlined and can operate even if our Customer Service Team is working remotely, so given Australia Post continues to deliver we will be able to dispatch zazen Water products to your door.

Please note, whilst we are continuing to dispatch orders daily, Australia Post is likely to experience some delays in delivery due to an increase in volume as more Australians look to have goods delivered to their houses they would have otherwise picked up.
