At zazen Water, our purpose is to help you live a longer, healthier life. When you purchase one of our awesome zazen Water products, we will email you when it is time to replace your parts so you don’t have to remember yourself when they are due!
Simply complete the form below and you will be added to our Customer Database. We will then contact you via email when it is time to replace your parts. Be assured, we respect your privacy and do not give out your information to anyone!
If you’ve ordered directly through the zazen website or by calling our 1300 number, you’re already in our Customer Database and don’t need to complete this form. Only complete it if you purchased through a zazen Reseller or received the system from an existing customer.
