These characteristics are purely aesthetic and do not affect performance or durability. Every Wabi-Sabi tank is structurally sound, and meets all of zazen’s strict safety and quality standards.
These unique features serve as a beautiful reminder that your tank was crafted by hand, no two pieces are ever the same.
Can I return my Wabi-Sabi Glass Bottom Tank if I change my mind?
Yes. The Wabi-Sabi tank is covered by the same 90-day satisfaction guarantee as all other zazen products. If it’s not right for you, you can return it within 90 days.
Does the Wabi-Sabi Glass Bottom Tank come with the same 10-year structural warranty?
Yes. Your Wabi-Sabi tank is fully covered by our standard 10-year structural warranty, just like all other zazen Water Systems.
Does my Wabi-Sabi Glass Tank come with an identifier noting its Wabi-Sabi status?
Yes. Each Wabi-Sabi Glass Tank will include a clear identifier on the product packaging and on the tank itself. This ensures full transparency and helps you easily recognise your Wabi-Sabi piece. It will also be recorded on your customer account as a Wabi-Sabi product.

How do I know if the Infinity Shower Filter will fit my Shower?
The Infinity Shower Filter is designed to fit most shower fittings, making it an easy upgrade for the majority of homes.
If you have a shower hose that connects directly at the wall and has less than 32mm clearance, you’ll simply need our zazen Flex Adapter. The flexible ball joint allows you to pivot the Infinity Shower Filter away from the wall, giving you the space you need for a perfect fit.
