Too early to tell at the moment but I have noticed the taste and smell is much purer than tap water

Water never tasted so good. My water intake was poor especially at work, now I fill my water bottle every day with Zazen water and because it tastes so good, its an easy drink. I very rarely drink anything else, with one exception, I now fill my new coffee machine with Zazen water. It not only protects my machine from the harsh chemicals and metals, my coffee tastes great. My son recommend Zazen to me, thank you son.

We love the taste, absolutely delicious and drinking comes so easily and my elderly mother was drinking and enjoying it too very much.
But too much extra work for me on a daily basis and so I had to return it within the 90 days.
May buy it again further down the track.

Recently upgraded to the glass bottom tank after using the original system for 15 years - I absolutely love the zazen water filtration system and highly recommend it for anyone who is fussy with their water and places value in the importance of top quality filtration - the glass bottom is 'pièce de résistance' - top notch!

In this new world of AI and having to speak to bots, it is such a relief to find a company that prides itself on true customer service. Thank you Fiona for calling me outside your working hours to solve my issue of water leaking from the tank. I had screwed on the tap too tightly causing the problem. After speaking to Fiona, she solved the issue quickly and professionally. I LOVE my Zazen water system. Highly recommend.
