Consumable parts are replaced and installed within the recommended timeframes and guidelines.

Proof of purchase will be required if the product was not purchased directly from zazen Water Australia. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Any subsequent owner or user of the product is not entitled to warranty coverage, regardless of how the product was obtained.

If the product is purchased as a gift, the warranty remains valid for the recipient, provided the original proof of purchase is retained and the product is registered with zazen Water within 60 days of purchase. In this case, the recipient of the gift will be treated as the original user for warranty purposes. This exception does not apply to resold, second-hand, or marketplace purchases.

The zazen Ceramic Pre-Filter plays a crucial role in the zazen Alkaline Water System by acting as the first line of defence in water purification. It effectively pre-filters water, removing rust, sediment, organic matter, and harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, cysts, and parasites. With a filtration capability down to 0.2 microns, the Ceramic Pre-Filter also targets microplastics, ensuring that even the smallest contaminants are trapped.

Phase 1B Clean: Multi-Stage Filter

The zazen Multi-Stage Filter features multiple filtration layers that effectively micro-filter harmful chemicals, heavy metals and toxins while preserving essential alkaline minerals needed for hydration. With a filtration capability that reduces chlorine by up to 99.9% and fluoride by as much as 90%, the Multi-Stage Filter ensures your water is not only safe but also tastes great. Additionally, it incorporates innovative materials such as silver-activated carbon, activated zeolite, and silica sand to enhance purification and improve water clarity.

Phase 2 Balance: Stones & Enhancers

If I purchase a zazen Water System plus Glass Bottom Tank, do I still get the BPA-Free Plastic Bottom Tank?

Yes, you will still get the BPA-Free Plastic Bottom Tank as well. This gives you a lighter weight option for those customers who like to pack up their system and travel with it on holidays, as well as a spare tank should you accidentally drop the glass tank!

I have an existing zazen System, can I purchase the glass tank?

If your existing zazen Water System has a clear plastic top tank, then you can simply replace your existing BPA-Free Plastic Bottom Tank and Middle Rim on the bottom tank with the new Glass Bottom Tank which you can order online.

If your existing zazen Water System has a solid cream colour plastic top tank (this is our original model which was updated in 2010 with the clear top tank model), then you will need to upgrade the system shell completely, however you can use your existing filters, stones and magnetic tap. To order a replacement system shell, please call our office on 1300 78 24 25.

Is the glass tank safer than the plastic tank?

Our BPA-Free Plastic Tank does not leach chemicals into the water sitting in the bottom tank, so from a health perspective both tanks are equally effective.

We have been asked by many customers for a glass tank simply because we know some of you like glass! Just as we like to be able to choose between BPA-Free Plastic and Glass drinking bottles, we offer this option for customers who prefer a glass tank.

When handling the zazen Glass Bottom Tank, remember it is fragile and must be handled with love and care:

To move the tank, place both hands around the sides, close to the bottom.
Never lift or move the glass tank when it is full of water.
Keep out of reach of children who may pull the system over and cause it to break.
Do not drop stones into the tank, carefully place one at a time to avoid damage.

Replacement Glass Tank
My tank had cracked and all the water had leaked out onto the benchtop and floor.
I called up and advised of the cracks and was told i can have it replaced free of charge.
I sent photos to proove the cracks and a new replacement arrived the next day.
