As water passes through the Infinity Shower Water Filter component, it reduces up to 99% of chlorine and chloramines, filters VOCs, and reduces heavy metals (e.g., copper, water-soluble lead, mercury, nickel, chromium). How long does a shower filter last?

Each zazen Infinity Shower Filter Cartridge lasts up to six months or approximately 40,000 litres of water, depending on usage and local water quality. When it’s time to replace your cartridge, we’ll send a reminder via email & SMS, so you never have to guess.

All replacement cartridges are 100% recyclable, and you can save on ongoing maintenance with our Infinity Cartridge 2-Pack or 3-Pack, designed for convenience and sustainability.

The zazen Infinity Bath Tablet contains just four pure, non-GMO ingredients. When fully dissolved in bath water at recommended dose rates, the concentration of each ingredient is minimal, well within the range considered gentle and safe for newborns, infants and children.

We designed this tablet with newborns in mind - because if it is gentle enough for the most delicate skin in the world, it is gentle enough for your whole family.

As with any bath product, we recommend waiting until the tablet has fully dissolved — about 60 seconds — before your little one gets in.

How many baths do I get per box?

Each box contains 30 individually foil-wrapped tablets. Used at the recommended dosage, that's up to 90 baby baths, up to 60 children's baths, or up to 30 adult baths, depending on how you use it.

Can I use it in a baby bath, a sink and a full-sized bath?

Yes. The tablet works in any body of water, a baby bath, a kitchen sink, or a full-sized bath. Just adjust the dosage as per these instructions:

Dissolve tablet fully in bathwater before bathing (takes around 60 seconds) to help purify bath water, following the recommended dosage:

Newborns Up to 2 litres of water: Use ¼ tablet per bath.

Small children Under 7 years old, ¼ to ½ full bath: Use ½ tablet per bath.

Adults / larger baths Use 1 full tablet for a medium - large sized bath.

How does the Infinity Bath Tablet actually work?

Each tablet is powered by Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin C, which neutralises chlorine, chloramines and THMs through a simple chemical reaction. Drop the tablet in, watch it dissolve, and it's done in under 60 seconds.

Is it suitable for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?

The tablet is hypoallergenic and free from any ingredients associated with skin irritation. Many families with sensitive skin choose it for that reason. If you have specific skin concerns, we'd always recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner.

Can I use half a tablet and store the rest?

Yes. Each tablet is individually foil-wrapped to protect freshness and stability. If you're using a partial tablet, simply reseal the remaining portion in the foil and store in a cool, dry place.

Will it change the colour or smell of the water?

No. The tablet dissolves completely and leaves the water clear and odourless, no residue, no fragrance, nothing you'd notice except water that feels gentler on the skin.
