Delivery & Returns

When should I expect my order?

At zazen Water, we pride ourselves on same day dispatch for all orders received before midday (12pm) Monday to Friday Brisbane time. If you place your order after midday, your order will be dispatched the following business day, handled with love by our Customer Service team and sent with Australia Post.

To find out how long before your zazen Water order arrives, please refer to the table below which shows the estimated delivery timeframes around Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from zazen Water with tracking information, plus tracking emails directly from Australia Post.

If your order is being delivered to:

  • a location within Australia that is not listed in the above table, please click here to check the delivery timeframe on the Australia Post web site. On the Within Australia tab, enter 4059 as the From Postcode along with your postcode and refer to the Parcel Post delivery time estimate.
  • an overseas address, we will be sending your parcel with Australia Post International Express, which includes tracking and signature on delivery. To view the Australia Post delivery times to any other country, please click here. Click on the Overseas tab, and enter 4059 as the From Postcode, and choose your International Country and refer to the Express delivery time estimate. 

    Orders dispatched to an overseas address do not incur GST. However, the recipient may be subject to additional import taxes by the government of the destination country. zazen Water is not responsible for these charges.

I want to return something, what do I need to do?

If you have purchased the product directly from zazen Water either online or at an Expo:

If you are not satisfied with any zazen Water product and would like to return it, you can do so within 90 days of purchase. Please call us on AU:1300 78 24 25to speak with one of our friendly team. Once the return has been confirmed with our team, please carefully pack and send your zazen Water product to the following address:

zazen Water will process the refund once we have received your returned order, or immediately if you are cancelling an order that was not dispatched. The refund amount will be the total product purchase amount (this does not include any postage paid to receive or return the goods to us, however if you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the postage amount). If you paid for the product originally via credit card, the amount will be refunded back on to the same card. If this card is not longer in use, you will need to provide your bank account details. If you paid via cash, the refund will be via bank deposit.
It could take up to 10 business days for the funds to arrive in your bank account once the return is processed, depending on which bank was used for the transaction. This timeline is unfortunately outside of zazen's control. We appreciate your patience. 

If you have purchased the product from a zazen Water Reseller or Retail Outlet stocking our products:

If you have purchased the product directly from a zazen Water Reseller or Retail Outlet, the conditions of sale for your zazen Water are set by the person/company you purchased them from. If you wish to return your product, you will need to contact them directly and organise the return with them.
